Alien Brain Hemorrhage

3/4 oz. Peach Schnapps

1/2 oz. Irish Cream

1/4 oz. Blue Curacao

Dash of Grenadine

Firstly, pour the Peach Schnapps straight into your desired shot glass (preferably a tall one), then layer the Irish Cream on top using the back of a teaspoon. Then, either at the same time or separately, just slowly pour the Blue Curacao and Grenadine straight down the top of the glass, creating the curdling effect that is the Alien Brain Hemorrhage.

We suggest using a good Irish Cream such as Feeney's or Baileys for that extra smoothness and perfect amount of sweetness.

A great shooter and a great party trick. The Alien Brain Hemorrhage packs very welcoming flavours of cream and citrus, which contrasts its less welcoming appearance. Make sure to advise your audience to take this shot quickly as leaving it unattended would leave to further curdling and hardening of the liquids.

Taste: 7/10.
Presentation: 9/10. One of the most aesthetically pleasing shooters in contemporary cocktails.
