Something buggin' ya?

Grasshopper

1 oz. Creme de Cacao
1 oz. Creme de Menthe
1oz. Cream
Chocolate garnish (optional block or shavings)

I've always been a big fan of this trio-style cocktail, mainly because the flavours blend in so well and mint is one of my favourite flavours. The best Grasshopper I've ever had was actually from a bar in Vietnam, which is where I'm from lol!

Add all the ingredients besides the garnish into a shaker and shake vigorously as you will need the thick cream to mix well with the alcoholic ingredients. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass or even a pre-chilled martini glass then add the garnish.

"A grasshopper walked into a bar, when he sat down the bartender said "We have a drink named after you!", to which the grasshopper replied "You have a drink named Paul?!"

Yo dawg, we heard you like cream..

The 'Mudslide' & The 'Snickers'

(From left to right)

Mudslide
3/4 oz. Irish Cream
3/4 oz. Malibu
3/4 oz. Kahlua
3/4 oz. Thickened Cream

Snickers
3/4 oz. Irish Cream
3/4 oz. Frangelico
3/4 oz. Creme de Cacao
3/4 oz. Thickened Cream

With the base spirit being Irish Cream, we decided to go for Feeney's this time instead of Baileys, due to its slightly sweeter aftertaste, perfect for these creamy cocktails.

Overall, both nice and simple creations made to please. Everything is equal parts so it's much easier to make them in larger or smaller quantities. I prefer the 'Snickers' one myself due to its chocolate taste, rather than the iced coffee chill brought by the 'Mudslide'
